The Little One can be annoying too …

Most of the time, my daughter is really sweet.  She sometimes, will kiss my leg and when I say thank you sweetie, she answers me with It’s a pleasure Mom!

Other times though, she can really be a pain in the neck.  She constantly follows me around and nags me with “Mom, I want this, I want that, I want this, I want that” or “Mom, could I do this, could I do that, could I do this, could I do that?” And did I mention that when she wants something, she wants it the very minute she asked for it?  Not a minute later, or a even a second later.  It doesn’t really matter if you’re putting away the dishes, or in the middle of brushing your teeth.  Nope, when  my little monster… err…. darling, wants something, she wants it right now!

Or else, what, you may ask?  Nothing much really, she’ll whinge yes, cry even.  But not really throw a tantrum that will make us want to throw her out.   Yes, she is a sweetheart most of the time.  Oh but wait, I haven’t told you about her annoying habit of contradicting every little thing we say like:  No, you can’t play outside.  Yes, I can.  She says this with a twinkle in her eye and a mischievous smile that tells her, she’s just stirring us up.  Yes, our little monkey has a sense of humour.

    • Good to know I’m not alone. But then again, I guess most (if not all) are the same!

My 2 year old is a whole bucket of sneaky and bossy. You would think I raised him on old silent films due to his OVERLY dramatic facial expressions that ALWAYS give him away.

    • Dramatic facial expressions? Awww, that’s really cute! =) Thanks for stopping by.
