Little T and her Pink Scooter

Little T is your typical little girl who loves everything pink.  She loves pink so much, she’s even made this ever-so-stressful-house-hunt even more taxing by declaring that she wants to live in a pink-house.     It may not come as a surprise to you that she can easily twirl her daddy in her pretty little fingers, so his reply to this rather unreasonable request was “Sure sweetie, we can paint the house pink if you want“.  If a look could kill, he’d be dead by now.

Goodness knows she has too much pink stuff already like her pink doll’s house, pink castle, pink jewellery box and there’s  her pink scooter, with the pink/white basket and a very noisy pink tooter.  I love pink! She says, that’s why I love strawberries!  Pink is the best!

Last week when the weather was good, we took the very pink scooter out for a scoot around our neighbourhood.

And of course, any walk we do always ends up  in the playground, where she happily scooted around the round-a-bout.

Do you have a little girl?  Does she also like pink?

Have a lovely weekend!

  1. Kate @ Did That Just Happen?

I’m so happy to say that my son is not a fan of pink. I hate pink – it’s such a “girly” color! In fact, I really needed a travel coffee mug, but hated to spend so much money on them. I found one for $2. Score!!
It was only in pink. PINK! The color that is the bane of my existence! My nephew goes, “Aunt Kate, it’s okay, you can still buy it, no one will know, you only use it in the car on Sunday’s” And my son offered to cover it in duct tape for me! 🙂

Maybe you can compromise on the pink house thing and little T will let you just paint her room pink!

    • That’s what I told her. I said she could have a pink room, what she doesn’t know though is that I’m going to find the faintest pink shade of paint for her room! 😉

Don’t knock the pink phase – it doesn’t last long! It looks like T had a lot of fun on her scooter in the winter sun – but, where was Doc? Thanks for linking up and sharing your outdoor fun with Country Kids.

    • Really? Then that’s definitely good news 😉 T had a choice to bring her scooter or Doc. Sadly she chose her scooter. I can’t handle both the dog and the scooter, especially since I always end up carrying the scooter after awhile.

Ha! We haven’t quite reached that stage yet, but the wee girl is starting to show a preference when getting dressed… It’s all down hill from now 🙂 Lovely photos of T scooting around the roundabout 🙂 #CountryKids

    • Thanks! Pink clothes aren’t so bad, in fact, some are really pretty! It’s when everything else has to be pink, that’s when I sort of develop a tick. Hahaha 🙂

  4. Charly Dove

Bless T on her little scooter – just adorable! POD got a scooter for her birthday although she’s not been on it much yet. Sounds like that park is rather handy. I’m not good with pink, don’t mind the colour at all, I just like to have a little choice when shopping! POD’s scooter has a pink base though and she has a bright spotty helmet!

    • I don’t mind pink at all, it’s when everything has to be pink .. that’s when I start being a grumpy mummy! A bright spotty helmet sounds lovely indeed.

So sweet! My 4yo daughter likes pink, too, and has a pink scooter. She is amenable to other colours, too 😉

  6. Karen Bell

Both my girls love pink, though one more than the other and we have that same scooter too 🙂

    • Do you think they’ll ever outgrow it? Not that there’s anything wrong with pink 🙂

  7. Life in the Wylde West

She and Abbie can be bestest friends! Abbie loves pink so much her grandparents nick named her PINK. And I’m not a fan of pink. I had two boys first, I’m not super girly myself, funky yes, girly not so much. So anyway. She has converted me sort of. I love that she is so girly and especially after having two older brothers I thought I may get a tom boy…but no. All girl, sparkly too.
