Little Steps on Facebook

Many moons ago, I used to have a Facebook profile but deleted it sometime back.  Simply because I felt it wasn’t for me.  I still feel the same, only I’ve caved in and made a Facebook page for Little Steps.  Feel free to add me up and please like my page too (there’s a link on the widget side of my blog).  I won’t be posting personal photos though or posting anything about me or my life.  I may have a personal blog, but I’m always careful what to write about or what photos to post.  Yes, I am a paranoid person and I value my privacy, especially that of my family’s.  I’m sure a lot of you are the same.

Facebook has changed a lot though and it will take some time to familiarise my way around it once again.  So please bear with me, my page is still empty.  Any tips/warnings will be much appreciated.  Thank you!

Good luck with the facebook page. The guy who is in the process of publishing my first attempt at a book came over from the UK to stay with us. He told me that a good way to increase your profile and readers is to join twitter… You can link your posts in it and follow trends.

I have tried it, but boy is it boring reading one liners like “off to station” or “very hungry today” and besides the last trend I followed was corduroy trousers when they were in fashion, circa 1970.

So I have ditched twitter, and I will stick to my blog and my glass of wine. 🙂

    • Thanks! I’m not a big fan of FB either, let’s see where this takes me … As for Twitter, it took awhile for me to sort of get into it. Why not give it a try? Actually, I think with your sense of humour, you’d be a hit on Twitter! =) Can’t wait for your book to get published! So looking forward to it!
